Working With Children Check

The College Executive has requested that all volunteers provide the College with copy of their Working with Children Check and a copy of their driver’s licence. A volunteer Working with Children Check is easily obtained and there is no cost involved.

Applying for WWCC

For your convenience the link is below:

Once you have obtained their Working with Children Check, please scan it, along with a copy of your driver’s licence, and forward it to Mary Byrne at mjbyrne@riverview.nsw.edu.au.

Renewals

Working With Children Check Numbers were first introduced in March 2013 and last for 5 years. ICHC requires WWCC for all volunteers so if you have been volunteering with us for 5 years or more you may need to renew your WWCC number.

You cannot renew your WWCC number until 3 months before its expiry.

To renew your WWCC no, please search your emails for “wwccnotification” or visit the website

Please start the renewal process early – as a ID check at a Service NSW centre is required, and the college needs to perform additional checking once it has been renewed.
