This year we are trialling ex-companions to assist with photography during the week. If you have amateur or professional photography experience, or are interested in assisting, please fill out the section below.
  • Give us a bit of an insight into your experience with photography. Tell us how long you've been shooting for, and what kinds of photography you excel at. If you have your own gear, please let us know here.
  • Working With Children Check

  • N.B. You MUST have a valid WWCC number to volunteer as an ex-companion.
  • The College Executive has requested that all volunteers provide the College with copy of their Working with Children Check and a copy of their driver’s licence. A volunteer Working with Children Check is easily obtained and there is no cost involved. For your convenience the link is below:

    http://www.kidsguardian.nsw.gov.au/working-with-children/working-with-children-check/apply/apply

Once you have obtained their Working with Children Check, please scan it, along with a copy of your driver’s licence, and forward it to Mary Byrne at [email protected]

  • N.B. WWCC numbers need to renewed every 5 years. Most people registered in 2013 when the scheme was introduced.
  • Working With Children Check Numbers were first introduced in March 2013 and last for 5 years. ICHC requires WWCC for all volunteers so if you have been volunteering with us for 5 years or more you may need to renew your WWCC number.

You cannot renew your WWCC number until 3 months before its expiry.

To renew your WWCC no, please search your emails for "wwccnotification" or visit the website

Please start the renewal process early - as a ID check at a Service NSW centre is required, and the college needs to perform additional checking once it has been renewed.
